			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Kitty litter</span></strong> &#8211; Customers use either sand or kitty litter in their grease tray.  This is fine as long as the kittle litter is <span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>non-organic</strong></span></span>.  Organic kitty litter is <span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>flammable</strong></span></span>. We have seen at least one grill a year burn up due to a thermal event caused by the kitty litter going on fire.</p>
